FUTURE Life Wealth Management has been shortlisted for a hat-trick of Yorkshire Financial Awards.

Founder and MD Jillian Thomas has been named in the ‘financial advisor of the year’ category, while the business has also been listed in the ‘customer service team of the year’ section. In addition, apprentice Callum Cole-Needham has been shortlisted in the ‘trainee of the year’ category.

Future Life Wealth Management offers a bespoke financial planning service to generators of wealth, typically business owners, executives and professionals, and also to receivers of wealth, such as inheritors, divorcees, widows and retirees.

Jillian said: “Our success in the Yorkshire Financial Awards 2023 is the most fantastic endorsement of Future Life Wealth Management and our team’s approach to business.

“We will always place our clients' financial wellbeing at the heart of everything regardless of what’s unravelling in the wider economy.

“These awards also clearly highlight the constantly increasing strength of Yorkshire’s financial services sector – which is something everyone based here is both aware of and immensely proud about.

“I’m particularly delighted that my team’s hard graft and unwavering commitment has been recognised by the judges.

“And I know that each and every one of us are now keeping our fingers firmly crossed for the ceremony in May.”

The Yorkshire Financial Awards celebrates Yorkshire’s outstanding financial services sector.

An independent panel of national and regionally-based experts from the sector judge the awards every year, ensuring a fair and robust process.

Future Life Wealth Management’s success comes after it was officially recognised to be one of the UK’s best financial planners for the tenth successive year.

The firm became one of a handful of businesses to achieve this accolade after it was listed once again in the New Model Adviser Top 100 2022, which celebrates the best of the UK’s professional financial planning community.

The company has also won national recognition for its work placements, apprenticeships and graduate training opportunities, which are actively encouraging young people into the financial services sector while simultaneously advancing their careers.

The winners of the Yorkshire Financial Awards will be announced at a black-tie ceremony and dinner, held at New Dock Hall in Leeds, on May 4.
