Now more than ever it is vital to keep on top of your finances, which is why we are supporting Financial Planning Week #FPWUK
Financial Planning Week starts on Monday, October 5, and is a national annual campaign to help improve the financial fitness of the UK public by offering free sessions with qualified financial planners.
Our managing director Jillian Thomas says: “Now more than ever people need to take a look at their finances and be sure they are in shape. With all that is going on it is easy to bury your head in the sand, but we know that planning is so important, particularly right now.”
Financial Planning Week is organised by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, a chartered professional body for the financial services industry.
Jacqueline Lockie, CISI’s head of financial planning, said: “Our financial planner professionals are particularly conscious this year how many families across the nation will have had their lives impacted by Covid-19, either through illness, bereavement, facing unemployment or other challenging job situations.
“Financial Planning Week will be an opportunity for UK consumers to arrange some free, professional financial guidance sessions, to allow our planners to offer a steadying hand and help them plan for their financial future.”
